If you have a 3G connection to the internet, then you qualify to use this program. It is called Joiku Spot, it creates a Wi-Fi signal sent from your phone. You can protect your connection with a password and start charging for the internet! The bad part is that it is not free, first they give you a 3 moth full trial and then you have to buy the program.
